What is your exchange policy?
I like my item, I just want a different size/color. Can I exchange it?
Exchanging an item will work a lot like returning an item for a refund. You will need to look at our [returns policy] and make sure that your order qualifies for an exchange. Once you have confirmed your item's eligibility for an exchange, you will need to secure an RMA# via our [RMA Form Page]. Once you have received an RMA# for your qualified item, you will simply include a note with your return (our pick tickets contain a box for notes that we ask you to use) informing us of the item you would like in exchange of your current order and mail your package to the following address:

Please note that we only send exchanges for items of equal value. We also can not ensure availability on exchanges, nor can we hold items for exchanges. Items that are processed for exchange take just as long to process as a refund does (5-7 business days). Replacement tracking numbers will be provided upon request. If you wish to ensure availability, get your new product more quickly, or exchange for an item that is of a different value than the originally purchased item, we would recommend placing a 2nd order for that item and then sending your 1st item back as a refund (see above). This is the fastest and most efficient method to secure the item that you wish.
