What is your Shipping Policy?
Orders are shipped the same business day Monday through Friday if the order is completed before 2pm Eastern / 11am Pacific. We will ship orders completed after 2pm Eastern / 11am Pacific the next business day.
Free Shipping on orders over $50
We offer free shipping and handling on all orders over $50 in the United States to the 48 contiguous states. Discounted (and sometimes free) shipping and handling rates will apply to anyone in HI, AK, Puerto Rico, US Territories, and APO/FPO addresses. If any shipping and handling rates apply for your order, an estimate will appear in your cart with final rates appearing at checkout.
All orders over $400, and any additional orders chosen at our discretion, will be shipped using a signature required method. We are unable to deliver these orders to any address other than the one provided when the order was placed. Signature requirements can not be removed once the package has shipped.
We will ship by the most economical means we can with our free shipping option. We will still do our best to get your order to you in a timely manner, but we will not guarantee delivery times when using free shipping. If you should need a specific shipping method for your order, please either choose that method at checkout or get in touch with us to make sure we can use that method for free shipping. We will do our best to accommodate you and will at least be able to give a discounted rate. We may combine multiple orders if they are shipping to the same address.
We use UPS, FedEx, and on rare occasions, USPS Priority Express for most 2-day shipping orders. We do reserve the right to use another method should you be located near our location and we can ensure that you get your order within 2 business days of shipment.
All Next Day and 2-Day shipping options will be delivered Monday-Friday. We are unable to accommodate Saturday deliveries.
Transit times do not include Saturday and Sunday.
We reserve the right to terminate any order should any inventory issues arise. If the order is terminated, a full refund will be issued back to the original payment method used to place the order.
We do charge for orders shipped overseas. We will offer different methods of shipment based on what is ordered.
We use the United States Post Office for our International shipments. We are able to use UPS and/or FedEx, but those methods are typically much more expensive. Any methods that we can ship to an International location will be available at checkout.
Customs duties and brokerage fees may be due at time of delivery. These vary from country to country, so we are unable to estimate them. We are not responsible for these fees and they are due at the time of delivery. For more information about what these fees might be, please contact your local customs office.
