Shipping Policy

Order Processing & Shipping Times

Orders placed Monday through Friday are shipped the same business day if completed before 2:00 PM Eastern / 11:00 AM Pacific. Orders placed after this cutoff will ship the next business day.

Our warehouse does not operate on weekends or major holidays.


Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on U.S. orders over $50 to the 48 contiguous states.

Discounted, and occasionally free, shipping rates may apply for orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, and APO/FPO addresses. Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed in your cart, with final rates shown at checkout.


Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

Orders shipped using our free shipping option are sent via the most economical method available. While we make every effort to deliver your order promptly, delivery dates are not guaranteed for free shipping.

If you require a specific shipping method, please select it at checkout or contact us before placing your order. When possible, we can offer discounted rates for upgraded shipping options.

We primarily ship using UPS and FedEx, and on rare occasions USPS Priority Express. We reserve the right to use an alternate carrier if it allows us to deliver your order within the expected timeframe.


Expedited Shipping

  • Next Day and 2-Day shipping options deliver Monday through Friday only
  • Saturday delivery is not available

  • Transit times do not include weekends


Signature Required Shipments

All orders over $400, as well as select orders at our discretion, are shipped with signature confirmation required. These orders can only be delivered to the address provided at checkout.

Signature requirements cannot be removed once the order has shipped.


Order Modifications & Inventory

We reserve the right to cancel or terminate any order if inventory issues arise. If an order is canceled, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Multiple orders shipping to the same address may be combined at our discretion.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping for an additional charge. Available shipping methods will be shown at checkout based on the items in your order.

International orders are typically shipped via the United States Postal Service. UPS or FedEx may be available but are generally more expensive.
