What is your return policy?


RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We understand sometimes things don't look as expected or fit quite right. We are happy to accept your return and refund you in full, as long as it is in the 30-45 day returns window, but we ask that you include a few important pieces of informations.


Return condition requirements


Items must be returned in new and unused condition, with all original tags still attached. Please also include the original product packaging box, bag or any related packaging the item was shipped in. If the packaging has been discarded or tags have been removed, let us know ahead of time. You do not need to return the item using the same shipping box your order arrived in, however we recommend doing so if possible. 


Documentation to include


Please include one of the following with your return:

  • A copy of the Outland USA packing slip included with your shipment, or
  • A copy of your order confirmation email

If you no longer have either, please include a note with the following information:

  • Full name (or name used on the order)
  • Phone number
  • Email address
  • Order number, if available
  • Reason for return

Return shipping


Outland USA covers return shipping costs only for items that were shipped in error or received damaged or defective. For all other returns, you may purchase a return shipping label from the carrier of your choice.

Please keep a copy of the tracking number for your records in case there are any issues while the package is in transit.


Refunds


Refunds are issued after returned items have been received and processed by our Returns Department. Please allow up to 5-7 business days, Monday through Friday, after delivery for processing. Once completed, your refund will be issued to your original payment method for the cost of the item(s), excluding shipping and handling.


Exchanges


The fastest and most reliable way to exchange an item is to place a new order for the size you’d like and then return the original item. This allows you to secure the replacement before it sells out and receive it much sooner, rather than waiting for an automated exchange to be processed.
