RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We understand sometimes things don't look as expected or fit quite right. We are happy to accept your return and refund you in full, but we ask that you include a few important pieces of information.
First, we need your item returned in unused condition with the tags still attached. If you have removed the tags, please call or email us first to give us a heads up.
Second, we need the bag or shoebox the item belongs in returned with the item. If you have thrown away the plastic sleeve or shoebox your item came with, please call or email. We may have to charge a 10% fee in order to sell the item again, but we are more than happy to work with you on this. For shoe orders - Please don't treat the shoe box as the shipping box; wrap it in brown paper or put it in another box before you attach the return label.
Third, we need a receipt (from your email) or packing slip that came with the original shipment so we know who we are issuing a refund to. If you have lost your packing slip and cannot find your confirmation email, please write us a note with your full name (or name used on the order), phone number, order number (if known), and the reason for return. We can process your return much faster if we have your order number included on the return.

OutlandUSA only covers return shipping costs on items that were shipped in error or are defective/damaged.

Please keep a copy of the tracking number associated with your return package in case there are any issues while the item is in transit back to us.

Your credit will be issued after we have received and processed your returned item(s).
Once your return for refund arrives and is processed, we will refund you the price of the item(s), not including shipping and handling.
In the event that we are unable to refund your original payment method (closed account, credit card no longer valid, etc.), we will instead issue a store credit for the amount of the item(s).
The fastest way to exchange a product is to return your original purchase and place a new order at the same time. Immediately placing a new order ensures that you’ll get the new product quickly and that it won’t go out of stock while you wait for an exchange.
