Does Outland USA accept international cards as payment?

At this time we cannot accept international cards as payment as the majority of international cards are not supported by AVS. AVS stands for Address Verification System and we cannot accept an order without it through our card processing system. Please use PayPal as the chosen payment method when checking out on our website to avoid withheld pending charges on your card.
