How will you ship my item with Free Shipping?

Thank you for your interest in our products! Now that you have an idea of what you want, you are probably wondering how it is that we will send it to you and how long this whole process will take.Those are fair and legitimate questions and we're glad you asked them. Below you'll find some information on our shipping procedures.

All orders that are placed before 2pm central (website orders only) will be shipped the same business day. Orders placed on Amazon or eBay will need to be placed before 8am Central for same day shipment. Expedited orders purchased before 2pm (all marketplaces) will be shipped same day.

Free doesn't always mean 'Free' for everybody.

Although you aren't being charged for shipping, we aren't afforded the same deal from mail couriers. In order to offer free shipping to our customers on valid items, we have to make sure we are shipping all items qualified for free shipping via the method that will yield maximum efficacy. In deciding what method to ship your item, we take into account the order's size & weight, value, and shipping location. Thus, we reserve the right to send orders qualified for free shipping via the courier we find to be the most cost effective.

Size & Weight

Virtually any item shipped from our facility under 1lb will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail. Items between 2-10lbs will generally be shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Much larger or heavier items (bike racks, coolers, heavy jackets / coats) are usually shipped UPS Ground.

Shipping Location

We ship out of a town just south of Nashville, TN called Nolensville.

"Does that mean that I have no choice over what method my item is shipped?"

Of course not! You're more than welcome to request the courier we use when shipping an item to you. We understand that if you live in a rural town, you may have a hard time receiving packages from USPS and, in most cases, will gladly ship your package UPS or FedEx at your request. Again, shipping is not free for us, so we may not be able to accommodate every request.

"Okay, I have an idea what method will be used to ship my item. How long will it take to get to my house?"

Delivery estimates are generally provided to you with your tracking information, however we have provided some general estimates according to your requested shipping address and shipment method below. Again, these are merely estimates and not guarantees:

USPS First Class and UPS Ground

West Coast, Alaskan, and Hawaiian customers can generally expect their item to be delivered with 3-5 business days. Midwest and Northeastern customers can expect delivery in 2-4 business days.Southeastern customers will usually receive items shipped via USPS First Class in 3 business days. Remember, these not to count Saturday or Sunday as business days. 

USPS Priority

West Coast, Alaskan, and Hawaiian customers will generally have their items delivered within 3 business days. Anyone else in the Continental U.S. should see a delivery in 2-3 business days.
